Tracey Scott is the founder of Training Solutions by Design, LLC — a consulting practice built on 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen workforce capability, elevate clinical performance, and achieve measurable operational results.

With deep expertise in healthcare and clinical education, Tracey specializes in medical device onboarding, clinical staff training, and practice launch enablement. She has co-facilitated the installation and onboarding of nine new medical practices across dermatology, aesthetics, OB/GYN, and plastic surgery.
